David Grey – Don Henley
“My first introduction to the eagles was by a family member who was a huge fan. I was a young Drummer growing up in Scotland trying to find my way into the music scene at the time when I was introduced to the great talents of Mr Don Henley. Not only was he a fantastic time keeper but he owned one of the most heartfelt voices I had ever encountered, from that day on I was determined that somehow I wanted to be just like him and set out on my journey to achieve my goal. I played around the UK in my early days in various tribute shows and a chance meeting at a gig one night with the head of SHOWTIME AUSTRALIA cemented my position in THE EAGLES EXPERIENCE as I was offered back stage on the spot the opportunity to come over to Australia and star in this wonderful show which you are watching tonight. I packed my bags and dragged my family 10,000 miles across the ocean to live out my boyhood dream and get to sit on stages all over the world and sing some of the greatest songs ever written.”

David Wright – Glenn Frey
I’ve been a professional musician since leaving college at 16, playing in clubs, hotels, theatres and cruise liners along the way. I’ve been a fan of the Eagles since their inception, their Greatest Hits album 1971-75, has always been a family favourite. I particularly admire the versatility in their songwriting. Each Eagles album contains such great songs with a story to tell, using various styles such as ballads, country and rock music. I was introduced to Showtime through one of the other band members and jumped at the chance to play one of my heroes, Glenn Frey (any excuse to sport a Seventies hairstyle and handlebar moustache). I always enjoyed the sweet, clear tone of Frey’s voice, which is reminiscent of other artists I admire, such as James Taylor, Joni Mitchell and Carole King. So, for me, working in the Eagles Experience is a joy not a job.

Tony Cowell – Joe Walsh
I was 12, growing up in New Zealand, when my brother showed me my first chords on the guitar and I was hooked. It has been a loyal friend ever since and with it I have had the opportunity to play in many places, with many fine musicians. When I first heard the “Hotel California” album I was blown away with the great songs and outstanding vocals, but in particular the amazing guitar work by Joe Walsh and Don Felder. When I was offered the part by Showtime I did not hesitate to take on the role, as I believe Joe and I both have an edge to our playing and fly by the seat of our pants sometimes. It is an honour for me to be playing the part of Joe Walsh in the Eagles Experience.

Richard Baker – Don Felder
“I grew up in a musical family in Brisbane, Australia, and first heard the Eagles at a very young age, and from that went on to study guitar
for over 20 years, and also bass, drums, mandolin, music composition and vocal arranging, and after doing this found a new appreciation
for the Eagles musical skill and song writing abilities, and was drawn to the role of Don Felder, who was the musician's musician within the band, having co-wrote many of the Eagles songs, and wrote the music for Hotel California.
Don Felder, like myself, is a real perfectionist when it comes to live performance, always striving to make each performance better than
the last, and making sure it's as close to the real thing in every musical detail. I always like to make sure the crowd can shut their eyes
and swear the band they are listening to is the real Eagles.”

Russell Davey – Timothy B Schmit
“I started performing in vocal groups and learning piano from the age of ten. The first record I bought was The Long Run, which features the
Timothy B Schmidt song ‘I Can’t Tell You Why’. I studied jazz piano and bass guitar at the Australian National University, and have been
playing both instruments and singing in blues and rock bands for over 24 years.
I was thrilled to be invited to portray Timothy in the Eagles Experience as my style of playing and vocal range is suited to the part.
To impersonate the character I watched videos of him performing and studied his movements and expressions. I am pleased that Timothy
has his own songs on the latest Eagles album and that he has released a new solo album. I love the music of the Eagles including the
solo projects of each member and I feel privileged to be part of the Eagles Experience”.
